The service

Daily Tracker is a personal productivity tool that lets you record daily tasks (the Daily Action Tracker, or DAT) and review what you completed each day (the Daily Summary, or DS). It is provided free of charge, on an "as is" basis, by an independent operator.

Your account

You sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out of Daily Tracker immediately and revoke its access from your Google third-party access page.

You may have only one account at a time. Accounts are personal — please don't share them. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use Daily Tracker.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, headless browsers at scale) to interact with the service in ways that exceed normal personal use
• Submit malicious code, malware, or content that violates the rights of others
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any person

Your content

The tasks you create are yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your task content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership over your content and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or training models.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you store. Don't use Daily Tracker as a place to keep illegal content.

Service availability

We operate the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime, response time, or feature availability. We may schedule maintenance, encounter incidents, or experience downtime — sometimes without prior notice.

Always keep your own backup of important tasks. Use the "Copy DAT" / "Copy DS" buttons regularly if your tasks matter to you.

Modifications to the service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If a change materially reduces functionality you currently rely on, we will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable, including via email to your account address.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@imjay.in and we will wipe everything within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that is harmful to other users or to the service itself. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to cure the breach first.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed ₹100 (one hundred Indian rupees) or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim — whichever is greater.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above and, where you have an account, be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
